Starters
Salmon Rillettes
Fresh, light and delicious wild salmon, served with home baked melba toast, peppery watercress and a lemon vinagrette.
Pear and Stilton Tart
Individual crispy puff pastry tarts filled with rich organic stilton and sweet roasted pear. Served with seasonal dressed salad.
Game terrine
A lovely meaty terrine, served in slices with freshly baked bread and celeriac remoulade.
Chicken Liver Parfait
Silky smooth and full flavoured pate, served in individual ramekins with melba toast and mellow homemade pear and walnut chutney.
Smoked Salmon and Prawn Mousse
Creamy mousse, filled with a layer of fresh prawns and topped with a slice of smoked salmon. Served with dill and lemon dressed salad and home baked bread.
Whipped Goats Cheese
Fresh, light British goat's cheese, whipped with fresh thyme. Accompanied by a mini tomato tarte tatin and toasted pesto and pine nut bread.
Rabbit Rillette
Delicious rabbit, slow cooked and flavoured with spices and juniper. Served in individual preserving jars with a tart apple relish and homemade toasts.
Mains
Lamb Shanks in Red Wine
Melt-in-the-mouth organic lamb shanks, slow cooked for 6 hours in a rich and indulgent red wine sauce. Served with creamy mashed potato and Vichy carrots.
Hunter’s Chicken Casserole
A variation of the Italian Pollo alla Cacciatora. Tender organic chicken, marinated for 24 hours in red wine and roasted with a fragrant tomato sauce. A gentle kick of heat comes from the chilli marinated olives. Served with cracked garlic potatoes and oven roasted Mediterranean vegetables .
Wild Venison Casserole
The ultimate Winter Dish! Marinated wild venison, slow cooked for 8 hours with spices, juniper and porcini mushrooms, until deliciously rich and tender. Served with your choice of creamy mashed potato or potato dauphinoise for a luxurious treat.
Individual Fish Pie
A traditional winter comforter. A medley of pollock and salmon with fresh prawns. Served in a creamy parsley sauce, with capers and lemon, topped with silky mashed potato. Accompanied by braised fennel and minted peas.
Puddings
Panna Cotta served with Seasonal Fruit.
Vanilla bean panna cotta, made from fresh organic cream served in an individual verrine glass accompanied by your choice of kirsh soaked cherries or passion fruit sauce and a short bread biscuit.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
A generous, moist and indulgent, individual sticky toffee pudding served with warm toffee sauce and a spoonful of ginger creme fraiche. Speaks for itself!

Light homemade meringues, crumbled and topped with rich organic cream, tart fruit coulis and seasonal berries laced with homemade raspberry vodka or cherry brandy.
