Not Another Dinner Party was inspired by my three passions: growing organic fruit and vegetables in my garden, cooking seasonal and delicious food using the freshest of ingredients and my commitment to animal welfare.
I love to grow and cook with seasonal produce and as many of my ingredients as possible are sourced from my own organic garden (and eggs from my own chickens.) I source my meat and any other ingredients from British, sustainable, responsible producers with high standards of animal welfare, always free range or wild and (as often as possible), organic.
So not only is your food perfectly cooked and presented, but it is healthy and free from nasty chemicals and air miles. So you can tuck in with a clear conscience!
I’m game if you are....
I use wild game, including venison, pheasant, wild duck, quail and rabbit whenever seasonally available.
These animals live a natural and healthy life and are humanely and painlessly culled.
Game meat is lower in fat and cholestrol than it’s farmed counterparts like beef and lamb, so it’s perfect for anyone who values healthy as well as delicious.
Home sourced produce
Home cooked for you, means home cooked for you!
Everything I supply is freshly made in my own kitchen. Even eggs from my own chickens.
My bread, cakes and biscuits are home baked on the day of your event.
My dishes use my rich organic handmade stock for a base.
Chutneys, jellies and jams are made by me, mostly from the seasonal produce from my garden, as are my fruit liquors.
Ice creams are freshly made from organic cream just for you.
